Without objection, it was so ordered and the resolution was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Urging the governor to expand the subjects to be addressed during the Third Special Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature to include an in-state natural gas pipeline for the transport 2008-04-02 Senate Journal Page 2599 of natural gas produced on the North Slope and to develop a plan for the economical distribution of that natural gas to communities throughout the state, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 22 Final Passage YEAS: 16 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Therriault, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Bunde, Dyson, Wagoner, Wilken and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
