Senator Huggins moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22, which had been held on the                                                                        
Secretary's desk (page 2520), be taken up at this time. Without                                                                 
objection, it was so ordered and the resolution was before the Senate                                                           
on final passage.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 22 Urging the governor to expand the subjects to be addressed                                                               
during the Third Special Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State                                                               
Legislature to include an in-state natural gas pipeline for the transport

of natural gas produced on the North Slope and to develop a plan for                                                            
the economical distribution of that natural gas to communities                                                                  
throughout the state, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
